BUA Cement Plc has honoured its top-performing distributors with a series of generous rewards during its 2024 award ceremony held at Eko Hotel and Suites, Lagos. Themed “Pillars of Strength, Celebrating Partnerships,” the event brought together key partners for a night of celebration and recognition.
Chairman Abdul Samad Rabiu praised the distributors for their dedication and consistent support over the years. He described them as essential to the company’s growth and success, highlighting their contributions through various business milestones. He said BUA’s progress has always been driven by listening to partners, learning from feedback, and acting on it to improve service delivery.
He added that initiatives such as the company’s Customer Call Centre and improved logistics systems were direct responses to distributors’ needs, pointing out that their continued confidence remains the company’s strongest motivation.
Managing Director Yusuf Binji also commended the distributors for their exceptional performance in 2024. He noted that their achievements reflect their trust in the brand and commitment to excellence. He expressed appreciation for the opportunity to finally meet some of them in person, hoping the evening would strengthen future relationships.
The company presented awards in three categories—Diamond, Emerald, and Sapphire—recognizing twenty outstanding distributors. Eleven winners received brand new SUVs and cash prizes, while seven others were awarded one truck each along with cash. The top two distributors received two trucks each and additional monetary gifts.
As a further reward, every distributor who purchased BUA Cement during the year will receive a ₦30 cashback for each bag lifted throughout 2024.
