Personal Development

From birth, personal development is a vital thing parents should look forward to observe in their children. It doesn't necessarily means comparing them especially as it relates to multiple births. Parents should understand that every child is unique and should accept and appreciate individual differences. No child is to be favoured less because of a unique trait such as “left-handed ness” in a third child whereas the first two are right handed. It would be great to accept it and guide the older children to accept it as a unique trait in their siblings. Any attempt to change that unique trait eventually slows down the child's cognitive ability and limits his brain functionality in his or her behavior.
