The biggest fitness myth is that slim people are fit while fat people are unfit. Secondly your BMI that is body mass index may not be an absolute indicator of your fitness. The simplest way of gaging your fitness are listed below.

  1. How easy you can bend to tie your shoe laces. As simple as it sounds many of us find it difficult to bend while trying our show laces we see that our breathing becomes very hard while at it. If this happens then we need to engage in mild work out like brisk walks and rope skipping.
  2. 2.if we pant after a shouting match or brawl then there is a high risk of having arteriosclerosis which is narrowing of the artery valve by fats聽

    Does this mean that BMI doesn't count? How do I work out to reduce weight?
