South East Beauty Pageant Opens Registration for 2026 Edition

Queen of South East pageant launches registration for March 2026 with N5M prizes, humanitarian focus, empowerment programs.

Registration has opened for the seventh Queen of South East Beauty Pageant, scheduled for March 2026. The organizers describe this year’s competition as a transformative edition centered on empowerment and community leadership.

The competition welcomes naturally born female contestants between 17 and 28 years old from the five South Eastern states. Participants will compete for prizes valued at N5 million, including a N1 million cash award, funded humanitarian initiatives, a luxury weekend retreat, brand endorsements, and a complete wardrobe package for official duties. Additional prizes and opportunities await the first and second runners-up.

Founder Emmanuel Anabueze explained the event’s evolution beyond traditional pageantry. He described the upcoming edition as marking a transition toward using the platform for meaningful empowerment rather than mere entertainment. The goal centers on helping young women identify their purpose, build confidence, and advocate for positive causes.

The pageant distinguishes itself through its non-bikini approach, emphasizing cultural representation, intellectual capacity, humanitarian commitment, and leadership potential. Organizers stress their focus on selecting ambassadors capable of driving meaningful change rather than simply awarding titles.

Past winners have launched various humanitarian initiatives throughout the region, implementing projects in education, advocacy, and community empowerment. The upcoming edition will include the Empower Her Voice Conference, offering participants mentorship sessions, grant opportunities, and business development resources.
