Dr. Dennis Osahon Aikoriogie, a prominent member of the All Progressives Congress in Edo State, has extended his heartfelt congratulations to Governor Monday Okpebholo following the Supreme Court’s decision to uphold his election victory. Aikoriogie described the ruling as not just a personal win for the governor, but a major victory for the people of Edo, affirming the democratic choice made at the polls.
He applauded the court for its firm stand on justice and truth, expressing confidence in the governor’s ability to lead with purpose and integrity. According to Aikoriogie, Okpebholo’s clear vision, dedication, and tested leadership have once again received strong validation.

The Supreme Court had earlier thrown out the petition by the Peoples Democratic Party’s candidate, who had alleged electoral malpractice and irregularities. The judgment aligned with the previous decision of the Edo State Governorship Election Petitions Tribunal, confirming Okpebholo’s victory as valid and lawful.
