The 17th edition of the Headies Awards took place on Sunday, April 27, 2025, at the Landmark Event Centre in Lagos, celebrating the best in Nigerian music and entertainment. Major winners of the night included Zerry DL, Tems, Flavour, Rema, and Davido.
The glamorous event saw several stars from the entertainment and political world in attendance, including Lagos State Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu. Notable figures on the red carpet included Tanzanian singer Juma Jux and his wife Priscilla, actress Nancy Isime, Bamike Olawunmi-Adenibuyan (BamBam), socialite Cubana Chief Priest, and Big Brother Naija winner White Money. Other prominent attendees were Collins Enebeli Ajereh, father of Mavin Records’ Don Jazzy, and Lagos State Commissioner for Information, Gbenga Omotoso.
