President Bola Tinubu expressed deep sorrow over the death of Fidelis Kaigama, a respected administrator and educator who passed away at 84 on June 6. In a statement delivered by his spokesman, Bayo Onanuga, the President praised Kaigama for his lifelong commitment to integrity, service, and fairness. Kaigama held the prestigious role of Federal Permanent Secretary and was known for mentoring many public officers with wisdom and compassion.
