Two male bodies were discovered early Sunday morning on Oladun Street in the Idimu area of Lagos State, causing fear and confusion among residents. One of the victims was found without a head, adding to the horror of the scene. The second man was identified by locals as “Baba Oja,” a familiar face in the neighbourhood.
Witnesses recalled that Baba Oja often hung around the Council bus stop, socializing with young men who usually chased after expensive vehicles, asking for money. Residents suspect the deaths may be linked to cult-related violence.
According to eyewitnesses, the incident likely occurred on Saturday night, though the bodies were only found the following morning. Police officers arrived at the location to recover the remains, but no official statement has been released. Attempts to reach the Lagos State Police Public Relations Officer, CSP Benjamin Hundeyin, were unsuccessful as of the time of this report.
The disturbing discovery has left the community in fear, while many await further updates from authorities
