Obidike Urges National Commitment to Education and Parenting on Children’s Day

Obidike calls for stronger parenting and better education to shape Nigeria’s future, praising recent reforms and urging unified action on Children’s Day.

Chief Chukwuebuka Obidike has emphasized that building a stronger Nigeria starts with how the nation treats its children. Speaking in celebration of National Children’s Day, the All Progressives Congress (APC) chieftain highlighted the essential roles of parenting and quality education in shaping a better future for the country.

Obidike, who also leads Bidiks Nigeria Limited and Clarivo Oil & Gas Limited, stated that every child, no matter where they are from, deserves equal access to education and proper guidance. He noted that the values instilled during a child’s early years form the bedrock of national development. According to him, a prosperous Nigeria depends on today’s investment in children.

He praised President Bola Tinubu’s administration for introducing supportive measures, such as reviving the school feeding program, boosting funding for basic education, and pushing digital literacy. Obidike described these efforts as meaningful steps towards creating a society where children can grow, learn, and dream confidently.

He also stressed that these reforms reflect a genuine commitment to empowering future generations, urging that education and social welfare must remain priorities if Nigeria is to progress.

Obidike concluded by wishing all Nigerian children a happy Children’s Day and reaffirmed his personal commitment to advocating for their rights and wellbeing. He encouraged parents, educators, and policymakers to work together to create a safe and supportive environment where every child can reach their full potential.
