Lagos State Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu headed a delegation of key political leaders to President Bola Ahmed Tinubu’s Ikoyi residence on Sunday to offer Eid-el-Kabir greetings. The visit, described by Sanwo-Olu as a customary gesture during festive seasons, aimed to show support and solidarity with the President’s administration. Speaking after the meeting, Sanwo-Olu said the gathering was a chance to pray with the President and reaffirm Lagosians’ backing for his leadership. He praised Tinubu’s Renewed Hope Agenda, highlighting its positive impact on Lagos and the nation over the past two years. The delegation featured prominent figures, including the Speaker of the Lagos State House of Assembly, Rt. Hon. Mudashiru Obasa, Deputy Governor, Dr. Obafemi Hamzat, Chief of Staff to the President, Hon. Femi Gbajabiamila, APC Lagos State Chairman, Pastor Cornelius Ojelabi, Senators Tokunbo Abiru and Ganiyu Solomon, and Governance Advisory Council Chairman, Prince Tajudeen Olusi.
