A$AP Rocky may have accidentally revealed the gender of his third child with Rihanna during the world premiere of her new Smurfs movie held at Mont des Arts in Brussels on Sunday, June 29. While speaking with ET’s Kevin Frazier on the red carpet, the rapper was asked, “Is that the girl you’ve been waiting for?” Without hesitation, the 36-year-old artist responded, “It is, man, it is.”
Realizing the weight of his reply, A$AP Rocky—whose full name is Rakim Athelaston Mayers—quickly tried to shift attention by holding up a Smurfette doll and joking, “Right here, you know what I’m saying? Right here.”
When Rihanna, also 36, was asked the same question, she smiled and kept things playful, replying, “Let’s see if it’s a Smurfette… It could be a Papa Smurf. Who knows?”
The couple has not officially confirmed the baby’s gender, but fans are already buzzing after the unexpected moment on the blue carpet.
