Gina Huynh, a former girlfriend of music mogul Sean “Diddy” Combs, has said she won’t be scared if he is acquitted in his ongoing federal case. Huynh made the statement on Monday, June 30, after being approached outside a Whole Foods store in Las Vegas. When asked if she believed Diddy would be found not guilty, she replied that she didn’t know, as jury deliberations had just started. Still, she made it clear she had no fear about the outcome.
Huynh was previously named as “Victim No. 3” in the indictment, where prosecutors alleged she was trafficked for sex. However, she never appeared in court to testify. According to federal officials, repeated efforts to contact her were unsuccessful, and even after issuing a subpoena, they remained uncertain whether she would appear.
During the trial, Diddy’s lawyer, Marc Agnifilo, questioned why prosecutors did not present Huynh as a witness. He suggested her absence weakened the prosecution’s claims. Reports indicate Huynh did not want to testify and refused to cooperate.
Despite not taking the stand, her name was mentioned several times during the testimonies. Witnesses, including former partners and assistants, recalled incidents involving jealousy and even aggression tied to her relationship with Diddy. One assistant spoke about Diddy allegedly throwing items at her in Huynh’s presence.
Though Huynh had once accused Diddy of physical, emotional, and mental abuse, she now says she doesn’t see him as a threat.
