President Bola Tinubu has extended heartfelt congratulations to Mo Abudu, the Chief Executive Officer of EbonyLife Group, following her inclusion in the 2025 TIME 100 Most Influential People list. These include EbonyLife Media, which has produced internationally acclaimed content, EbonyLife Place, a premium entertainment resort in Lagos, and EbonyLife Academy, which nurtures young talents in filmmaking. He also acknowledged the $50 million Afro Film Fund spearheaded by Abudu to boost Africa’s presence in the global film industry.
He referenced her past recognition by Forbes as “Africa’s Most Successful Woman,” emphasizing that her impact goes far beyond individual accolades. He said Mo Abudu’s continued success brings pride to Nigeria and serves as motivation for future generations of African creatives.
