Divine Help Farmers Multipurpose Cooperative Society has introduced a new Real Estate Division alongside a mobile app aimed at improving its operations. The announcement came during a recent event held in Udu, Delta, where the cooperative’s leadership highlighted the benefits of these new initiatives.
Evangelist John Esegine, President of the cooperative, praised branch leaders for their commitment and explained that the new Real Estate Division will allow all registered members to acquire land and homes through the cooperative. He described the mobile app as a tool that will reduce administrative delays and improve service delivery, making operations faster and smoother.
Pastor Festus Ogbogoro, chairman of the event, stressed the value of real estate as a solid investment and encouraged members to focus on building financial security by investing wisely. He referenced investment principles that advocate for money to work on behalf of investors.
Other leaders, including Vice President Ohwe Ovie Fidelis and Ubeji Branch Chairman Prince Edema, expressed support and praised the cooperative’s progress. Elder Eugene Jacob, President of the Global Movement Against Hunger, used the occasion to call on government authorities to strengthen efforts toward improving food security in Nigeria.
The launch marks a significant step in the cooperative’s growth, aiming to provide members with new opportunities in real estate and modernize the cooperative’s management through technology.
